Who and Why

From the same folks who brought you Austin Mini-Maker Faire, Andrea’s Art Class, Future Craft Collective, Austin Tinkering School and Slow Family Living, comes a collaborative effort to help you get your craft on in a fun, celebratory, community oriented and fun format. We want to encourage folks to have fun, keep it local, get creative, learn new skills and generally enjoy the process of making. We’re kicking things off with a couple of holiday gift-making workshops and we hope to offer stuff all year long!
